Visitor Check-In Was Manual: Guards had to write down visitor details, which was slow and sometimes inaccurate.
Too Many Systems, Hard to Use: Residents, visitors, and management used different apps or systems, making things confusing.
No Real-Time View: Managers couldn’t see who was entering or leaving in real-time, making it hard to react quickly.
Slow Access Approvals: Visitors had to wait for manual approval before they could enter, which caused delays.
Outdated Security: No car plate (ANPR) or face recognition – the community wasn’t as secure as it could be.
