When WonderLicious Kopi set out to bring their homemade Malaysian cooking to a wider audience, they needed a website that felt as warm and authentic as the food coming out of their kitchen. Optimum Technology designed a brand-focused site to tell that story and put their signature dishes front and centre.
About WonderLicious Kopi
WonderLicious Kopi is a Malaysian kopitiam based at 75, Jln Chengai, Taman Melodies, 80250 Johor Bahru, serving authentic Malaysian cuisine with homemade-quality ingredients. Their recipes were refined through nearly two years of R&D, and food is freshly prepared daily. The menu spans local favourites such as Double Homemade Pandan & Caramel Kaya Toast, WonderLicious Curry Laksa, Paper Baked Herbal Chicken, Nasi Lemak Chicken Masak Merah Style, and Homemade Cendol. The kitchen opens daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., closed on Tuesdays, all under the tagline "Authentic Malaysian Flavours. Crafted with Passion."
The website we designed
We built a responsive, mobile-friendly WordPress site designed to reflect the brand's heritage and the passion behind every dish. The layout was structured to introduce the kopitiam, showcase its signature offerings, and make practical details easy to find, so first-time visitors quickly understand what makes the food special. Key elements delivered include:
- A brand-led homepage that leads with the story and tagline behind the kitchen
- A menu presentation highlighting signature dishes and homemade desserts
- An about section conveying the recipes, R&D journey, and freshly-prepared-daily promise
- Clear location and operating-hours information for visitors planning their trip
