When Katana Development came to Optimum Technology, the goal was a website that could carry the weight of a quality-focused construction and property brand. As their software partner, we set out to build a clear, photography-first site that lets the developer's projects and portfolio of brands speak for themselves.
About the brand
Katana Developments (The Landmark) Sdn. Bhd is a construction and property development company that presents itself under the tagline "Quality Construction & Property." The company operates three brands and spans a broad portfolio, including its present and future projects, its investment arm Katana Capital, and its residential brand Katana Homes, alongside ventures such as Boon Siew Katana, ULS Katana Cambodia, Gembira Motor and K Concepts. Its About section covers the introduction, mission, core values and partners, and the site opens with a multilingual welcome in Japanese, English and Chinese.
The design
We designed a responsive, mobile-friendly site structured to present Katana's projects and brands clearly, with visual storytelling placed front and centre so the property work leads each page. The layout is built to reflect the brand's premium, quality-led positioning and to guide visitors through its projects, investment and residential offerings in a considered, easy-to-navigate way.
