What's the difference between the two plans?
The product is identical — same features, same setup, same support. The only difference is how you pay. RM99 / month is billed once a year at RM1,188. RM149 / month is billed monthly and you can stop whenever you want.
Why is monthly RM149 and not RM99?
RM99 / month is the annual-plan price — it is lower because you are committing to a year. Paying month to month asks for no commitment at all, and that flexibility is what the difference pays for. Over a year it works out at RM600 more.
Can I start monthly and switch to annual later?
Yes. Start month to month, and when you're ready to commit, tell us and you drop to RM99 / month from your next invoice. There's no fee to switch.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
On the monthly plan, no — stop whenever you want and nothing renews on its own. The annual plan runs for the year you've paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No, on either plan. Card design, reward rules, QR standee artwork and staff training are all included before you go live.
My customers don't use iPhone?
No problem. Android users save the card to Google Wallet.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR and tap “Add to Wallet”.
How many customers can join?
Unlimited. No caps on customers, staff or cards.
Does it need my POS system?
