Getting started

How long before my site is live?
3–7 working days once we have your content. We do the whole setup — you just review and approve.
What do you need from me?
Your logo and photos, your class timetable, instructor names and your package prices. If you have a member list in Excel, send that too.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build it, set it up and hand it over ready to use, then walk your team through how to run it.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, we help you register one.
Can I move my existing members over?
Yes. Send us your list in Excel or CSV — the first 10 members are free, and larger lists are priced by volume from RM30.
Can I see it before I commit?
Yes. We run a live demo and load your own classes and members into it, so you see your real data in the system before you decide.

Pricing & billing

Is there really no setup fee?
Correct. You go live on our standard design at no upfront cost. A custom design built around your own brand is optional at RM1,500.
Why is there a monthly fee?
It covers the system, hosting, updates and support — the part that keeps bookings, payments and renewals running every day. One recovered expiring package usually pays for the month.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Price only. Annual is RM299/month billed as RM3,588 for the year — RM612 cheaper than paying RM350 monthly. Same features either way.
Can I cancel?
Monthly can be cancelled anytime. Annual is paid upfront for the 12 months.
Will the price go up later?
Standard pricing may rise for new customers. Sign up on the Annual plan during the Early Bird window and you keep RM299/month for good.
How do my customers pay?
Online, on your own website — online banking, card or e-wallet, straight into your own merchant account.

Running it day to day

Do my members need to download an app?
No. Everything runs on your website. They register, buy a package and book from their phone browser.
Can I set my own rules?
Yes. You set the seat limit per class, the credits and validity of each package, and how many hours before a class a member can still cancel.
What if a member books and doesn't turn up?
The credit is not refunded — that is the rule that makes people show up. For genuine cases you can restore the credit manually.
Do I have to mark attendance?
Only if you want to. The credit is deducted automatically when the class runs; attendance marking is there if you want the record.
Can I change my packages and prices myself?
Yes, anytime, from your own admin panel. No need to call us for it.
What happens when a class is full?
Booking closes automatically for that class, so you never end up over-booked.
I have more than one outlet.
Extra branches are RM100/month per outlet, or a one-off RM1,500 for unlimited branches — all outlets under one panel, each with its own schedule, staff and reporting.

Your data & support

Whose data is it?
Yours. Your members, your bookings, your sales records. You can export them at any time.
What if I stop the subscription?
Your site and system stay live while the subscription is active. If you stop, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it or restart without losing anything.
How do I get help?
WhatsApp us. We reply on working days during business hours — no ticket system, no overseas call centre.
