Selling a laptop online means answering the questions a buyer would otherwise ask in a shop — what is inside it, who fixes it if it breaks, and why trust a brand they have not heard of. Optimum Technology built Citzen Computer a product site that takes each of those in turn.
About Citzen Computer
Citzen Computer Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian consumer electronics brand behind the CZ-4, a 14-inch aluminium notebook built around the way people actually work — positioned as quietly powerful and honestly built, for the morning coffee, the afternoon deadline and the evening side-project. Unlike imported brands, Citzen backs the product with local warranty support and maintenance through its own service centres in Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu and Sibu.
The product story
The CZ-4 pairs an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor with 16GB LPDDR5X memory, 1TB of storage and a 14-inch FHD display in a thin aluminium chassis, with USB-C fast charging. The site gives the specifications a section of their own, alongside the design thinking behind the build and an unboxing breakdown covering the included carry sleeve, USB-C charger and cable.
What we built
We designed a dark, product-led site where the notebook itself carries the page and the supporting detail is one scroll away rather than buried. The parts that decide a purchase are all given room: full specifications, the three service centre locations, a one-year local warranty with free nationwide shipping, an FAQ, interest-free instalment plans for government educators, and on-site demo sessions for schools. Sales and support both run through WhatsApp, which is where Malaysian buyers actually want to ask their questions. This is the kind of conversion-focused product build our website design service delivers. You can see it at the Citzen Computer website.
